There is no fee to a jobseeker candidate requesting referrals through ISA Staffing.

ISA Staffing, is solely a referral service, and does not train, employ, or exercise control, authority or discretion over applicants referred to clients for any interview for a job possibility or its result in a possible hire. ISA Staffing disclaims any and all responsibility for any conduct or omissions of any applicant, including any applicant or jobseeker hired by the client. The agency is not responsible for losses or damages resulting directly or indirectly from its Clients relationship with any referral applicant or jobseeker. ISA Staffing is not responsible for providing insurance or withholding any payroll taxes, and has no employment relationship with its applicants or jobseekers. All responsibility for hiring and termination of any employment trial periods and the job a jobseeker might offer to take with their employer as a new employee is strictly between the employer and employee, and not ISA Staffing who introduced them. ISA Staffing acts strictly as the referral agency and nothing more. There is no representation made by ISA Staffing as an employer of any applicant or jobseeker and the Agency is not responsible for any job or acceptance of a job between the Employer and Employee which remains among themselves and not the referral agency.
